We attended your afternoon cooking school on August 25, 2011 and had a great time. I would recommend it to anyone. Very professional, lots of fun and the best food we have had in Thailand. What a fantastic day we had at Thai kitchen yesterday.. Without sounding big-headed we cooked the best Thai food I have eaten in 3 weeks here.. A bit of advice though! You make so much food to eat on the full day course don't eat breakfast! Thanks to Jay and all the staff!
